As for my baking exploits over the weekend, there were quite a few.
First off, no-knead bread. You can't not love bread that takes about 10 minutes of hands-on time. 
Molasses cookies
Shortbread with cashews
Almond coffee cake
Savory parmesan shortbread
and cinnamon rolls for breakfast tomorrow
I still want to make something else, but I should probably shower before heading to my mom's. She might appreciate that. Oh! I should pack too.

Yes, those pics don't do the ring justice. In the last pic, the shadows disguise all the claddagh detail.
