Very Voluble

I got the bakery job! I was totally lucky to find this job because I just sent her an email inquiring about any openings and they had some. I start Sunday or Monday, she's not sure yet. Now I have to get used to working at night and sleeping during the day. At least Josh and I will be home and awake at the same time for the most part. The owner seems really excited to have me starting because of my science background and my familiarity with using scales. The precision and accuracy required in baking is quite similar to what is required for scientific research which is part of the reason I love it.

BTW, Meegiemoo, I stumbled across Cake Wrecks yesterday and pretty much went through all the posts on there.
