I have the glittery tights! A few minutes ago I realized the store I won the dress from has the wrong shipping address. I have notified them and UPS of the problem so I hope it gets fixed! I did the same with the store I bought the tights from and caught her right before she shipped them! That was lucky.

I have also purchased pink hair spray because it cost about 1/4 of what a wig would cost me and that's before shipping. I won't be able to get my hair that big but at least it will be pink. So, now I need shoes, earrings and sash/belt. I stopped by Ragstock after lunch and found pink 80's style pumps (it actually said that on the tag) but they were $25 and they didn't come in actualy shoe sizes just small, medium, and large. I plan to make the earrings and sash but I don't think I am up to making shoes. I have found a few possibilities at Payless and Wal-Mart, but I am waiting to get the dress.

What exactly do these earrings look like? They need to be rather large. I think I remember them. Could I paint them red? Do you know what happened to the Jem and the Holograms tape we had? I remember listening (i.e dancing and singing) to it and thinking it was the greatest tape ever. Do you think it is in one of those tape cases in the computer room? Actually, the dress may fit you fairly well since it is a wrap style. Or you could just grow. You donn't happen to have pink closed toed dress shoes do you?

woah there! Too many questions! The earring probably aren't as big as you are hoping for...and I wouldn't let you paint them! I am not sure where the tape is, it might have ended up with dad's stuff...I am really not sure. And unfortunately I do not have any pink closed toed shoes, but if you don't want them after you are done with your costume, I will take them!

I didn't really expect you to let me paint them, but I thought I would try. I thought of anyone I know you might have pink shoes. I may keep the shoes in case I need a costume again. If you find some good earrings let me know. I don't think making them should be too hard though.
